IMPORTANT FCRA NOTICE: GeoFinder (geofinder.xyz) is NOT a "Consumer Reporting Agency" as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., "FCRA"). You are strictly prohibited from using data obtained through GeoFinder to determine an individual's eligibility for employment, tenant screening, consumer credit, loans, insurance underwriting, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at https://geofinder.xyz (the "Site") and its associated search tools (including Phone Location Tracker, Reverse Phone Lookup, Reverse Username Lookup, Reverse Name Lookup, Email Hack Checker, and Find My Lost Phone), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Site.

2. Permitted & Lawful Use

You agree to use GeoFinder solely for legitimate, lawful, and personal verification purposes, including:

  • Identifying unknown telemarketers, spam callers, and robocalls.
  • Locating your own misplaced or lost mobile handset.
  • Auditing your personal email address for compromised dark web credentials.
  • Reconnecting with estranged family members, acquaintances, or former colleagues.
  • Verifying the identity of online marketplace buyers or sellers before entering into private transactions.

3. Strictly Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances, use GeoFinder or its services for:

  • Stalking or Harassment: Tracking, monitoring, or intimidating any individual without their consent or in violation of restraining orders.
  • FCRA Violations: Evaluating candidates for employment, residential leasing, credit, education, or personal insurance.
  • Automated Scraping & Data Mining: Utilizing bots, web crawlers, spiders, or automated scripts to query or extract records from the Site.
  • Identity Theft or Fraud: Impersonating individuals or using extracted records to commit financial or digital fraud.
  • Circumvention of Security: Attempting to bypass rate limits, server firewalls, or verification safeguards.

4. Nature of Information & Disclaimer of Accuracy

The records displayed on GeoFinder are synthesized from third-party public registers, open telephone directories, telecommunications carrier ranges, and public breach notifications. While we strive to maintain current and comprehensive data:

  • Information is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  • Carrier routing, cell mast coverage, and directory listings may contain inaccuracies, historical gaps, or recent subscriber transfers.
  • GeoFinder makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the 100% precision, completeness, or timeliness of any search result.

5. Intellectual Property

All original graphics, interface elements, brand marks, logos, visual animations, and software code on geofinder.xyz are the intellectual property of GeoFinder and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish site materials without our prior written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoFinder, its operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, or for any decisions made based on reports generated through the Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeoFinder and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of GeoFinder at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms of Service periodically; your continued use of geofinder.xyz following the posting of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
